(January 2008 – Present) Angela began as a member of Extreme Community Makeover’s founding team, helping to develop what was then an idea into a solid program model. Angela transitioned ECM into an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, while developing strategic partnerships, initiating relationships with residents and organizations in target communities, and providing leadership to thousands of volunteers. She manages the administrative functions, fundraising, and operations on a daily basis. Angela holds a master's degree in Leadership and a bachelor's degree in Social Work, and is actively involved in further nonprofit education and training. Most recently, Angela received a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University.
Program & Volunteer Coordinator

(July 2026 – Present) Stephanie joined Extreme Community Makeover as the Program & Volunteer Coordinator, bringing a heart for people, community, and service along with years of experience in nonprofit work, volunteer leadership, and relationship building. Prior to joining ECM, she worked at Love INC of Littleton, where she coordinated volunteers and programs and built relationships with churches, nonprofits, and community organizations. Stephanie loves bringing people together and creating opportunities for everyone to use their time and talents to make a difference. She is especially passionate about helping volunteers feel connected to the communities they serve and seeing what can happen when people come together with a shared purpose. A Colorado native, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her three teenagers, and her two doodles, Lucky and Clover.
