Spring has sprung (debatable on some days recently) and Work Days have begun! Each year we pick a theme and this year that theme is "Get Your Hands Dirty". When you show up to an ECM Work Day there are many ways to take these words literally, as you dig in the dirt to pull weeds or move trash from a yard clean-up project to the dumpster. However, there are other ways to take these words to heart. After each Work Day, the Communications Team puts a blog post together to share stories from that Work Day. A recent post talks all about how you might just inspire others when you show up to "Get Your Hands Dirty". Check out the post here.
